Interactive Friction - A choose your own adventure.

So my little experiment of a choose your own adventure with you guys calling the shots is off to a pretty decent start. A big thank you to everyone who has said where they want the story to go and a thank you to those who have read it even if you didn't comment.
The long term strategy is all the choices you don't make will be made into an actually CYOA/game at a later date, so even if the story goes off on an angle you didn't anticipate you'll be able to relieve those choices by yourself!
So the first week of voting is almost up. I will be stopping reading the votes and posting the next section tomorrow at some point (Or the day after depending on time zones and such).
Anyway I did want to ask a few questions about the story.
1) Is a week too long, too short or just the right time between 'chapters'?
2) How long would you prefer the sections?
(Remember a longer section means less input from you guys!)
And PLEASE let as many people you know who might be interested in this project know about it. The more people making suggestions the more fun it'll be!

and Length honestly doesn't bother me, I like either a quick and dirty story or a long and very detailed one :3 but considering the gap between chapters, more slightly longer written ones might be more preferable ~
Sounds like an idea...
I'm reluctant to drop the time by too much so I give everyone a chance to vote!
