For my friends that I talk with daily they know that I have been suffering with wrist pain and what appeared to be some nerve damage. Basically, I have tendinitis in my right hand and carpel tunnel developing in my left hand.
For the past 3 weeks I have been wearing arm braces and keeping to a anti-inflammatory/ B vitamin regiment to keep the pain away. For the past two weeks I have been wearing braces to bed to help with the pain.
Last night I finally slept without the braces on and woke up this morning with only the sensation that my hands had fallen asleep (which is also another symptom but one I'm willing to live with) and none of the excruciating pain I had been feeling in these past couple of weeks. I'm hoping that it has calmed down and I'll be able to resume sleeping like I normally do.
This also means I'll be able to start up on my artwork again, because with working as much as I am, in the type of work I was doing, by the end of the night I didn't want to put anymore stress on my hands. But, I'm taking slow and getting back to my art. :3

The best thing I do is light stretches and now I take brakes after long periods of gaming or request a team list at work. Fortunately my wrist is doing great, but the pain I had a year or two was excruciating.
