I totally agree with you there. In all honesty, someone that does that to animals should be held accountable as if they had done that to a person. Who's to say that this is only the beginning of something more. If she is evil enough to hurt an innocent animal just because she is pissed off with someone, what happens when she gets pissed off with someone that has a small child?
