Should this be weird?

If I get free art of my character having sex with somebody else's character, but the character teamed with mine is a direct representation of transgender person's female character which represents them...
Apart from the fact that it's random sex, I shouldn't feel weird, right? I mean, what somebody does with my character in this way shouldn't bother me because from an actual looking at it kind of way it's just my character having straight sex which I'd be okay with...
Is there a line drawn where I should say "I don't want my character having sex with a transgender's character"?
Normally when dealing in actualities, I have nothing against transgender people. If they want to be addressed and treated like a gender different from their body I have no problem with that. Though on the topic of sex I stick to "if you don't want it, just stay out of it" because their body is male, even if their heart is female, and that's something I'm not interested in. On the flip side if a woman was a gay man on the inside, I'd only care that she'd want me and her body is female, though I wouldn't appreciate her male character having sex with mine.
Would it be insulting them, or their character, or both if I refused to give my consent based on the fact that the character they wish they were may be female but they themselves are physically not?
This is all hypothetical by the way. Just something to think about.

I'd say if the end product isn't something you'd be happy to be associated with (or at least have in your gallery) then let the person know.
As for a personal feeling, I'd feel a bit violated if it was something I didn't want my character doing. Somebody might get the wrong impression of what I'm into and create uncomfortable social situations.
But on the philosophical thought of the matter of dealing with a transgender person. I think my proposed situation has shown me that I am superficial.
I also worry about if I actually believe somebody is a different gender on the inside, or if I feel they ARE what their body is, but they enjoy acting in a way unconventional to that body type but common with the other.
