Is Duke Nukem Forever worth the five bucks?

It's currently for sale on Steam for $4.99. The reviews have been less than favourable, but I'm sorta tempted to get it just because of how outrageous the humour appears to be. Worth it?
It turns out yeah, it is super bad and not funny and deep down it wasn't worth the playthrough.. but I can see it being the kind of bad that mayyy be worth a ticket to the show. All depends on what you're looking for in the game.
