Updated my commission info with "must read" section.
As a standard precaution, all commissioners will need to read this portion before being able to commission me.

Scroll down to the Do's and Dont's section and read the indicated addendum if you are awaiting a commission or have yet to send me money via Paypal or have not yet sent me your Paypal email address.
