teiran and I will be taking  furplanet to a non-furry con next weekend. We're wanting to branch out and check out some of the local sci-fi and comic conventions here in the Dallas area so we're starting with this one.

Since this is a non-furry convention and adult material is more frowned upon, our selection will mostly focus on books, non-adult comics and webcomics. We'll be bringing our own stuff and some of the Sofawolf and Dark Horse titles we distribute.

So if you're in the DFW area and are interested in this con then please come by and see us there. Check out the website for full details. The con is pretty cheap to get into, $15 for a day pass. You only pay more if you want specific celebrity autographs and photos with them. Speaking of the guests, they have quite a cool group of folks coming. The main guest is Eliza Dushku, from Buffy, Torchwood: Miracle Day, Doll House and more. Also, the majority of the Firefly/Serenity cast is coming too, which is pretty awesome.
