Well since all of the bullshit that happened with the last tenant that was living here our landlord has decided to rent the top 2 floors of this house to me and my mate Mathias and we need one more person to move into an empty room on the third floor. It's a standard sized bedroom with a closet (pictures can be provided but I'll be damned if I can find a bloody measuring tape for dimensions). There is a shared bathroom on the second floor as well as another on the first. We share kitchen facilities with the landlord and the tenant in the back room on the first floor. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for everyone's use and internet and utilities are included in the rent.

If anyone is interested or want more details (of course you do there's a lot I didn't cover lol) just let me know either through email msn/skype or note on here. We are trying to fill it for March and only first months rent is required but since the room is currently empty it may be possible to move in a week or so in advance if its convenient.
