Commission Comics, List Status, Etc
The commission list isn't moving right now because I'm devoting my energies to wrapping up the commissioned comic in the #1 slot. Afterwards, the list will be moving smoothly again.
I'd put the comic on hold for a while because I was straining to work on an adult catalog project and a commissioned comic at the same time. Because of this, I'm going to make a slight alteration to the way I take comic commissions. If they're long (over five pages or so), I may have to only take them if I can also make them projects for my catalog. The weight on my available work time is just too much. Essentially, like my current project commissioner, you're paying me to bump your idea up as one of my next projects. This is something to bear in mind if you're thinking of putting a comic idea in front of me when your commission slot comes up.

FA+

I recon it will be a manly comic :3 any more spoilers?
And hopefully I can score another commission spot from you next time you open, that'd be sweet. :D
Am I allowed to buy a comic with Mr. Black doin somethin of the homo variety? like before the whole married-to-elizabeth thing?
If not I totally have another idea.
Second Idea is now Prepped >:3
Will it be free to view, or will you have to pay for it?
I saw your prices, and for 200$/page I don't think it would be very fair for you to continue to make money off it.
And would at least half the profit go to the commissioner?
Let me put it to you this way: If you commission me for an 8 page full color comic for a total of $1600, you're asking for a time consuming undertaking that will push back every other catalog project I have. I could release my own 8 page comic and put it on the catalog and it's going to earn me far more than $1600.
Plus, with the catalog set up the way it is with 30 day passes, it's impossible to determine exactly how much money is earned by one particular comic or another. People are just buying into an entire body of work, much of the time.
And finally, if you don't think it's fair, don't commission me for a comic. That's freedom. :3
I have had an idea for a long time I wanted to see drawn XD
Keep up the great work man,
David
