New Subscribestar Account
I’ve created a Subscribestar account as a hedge against Patreon in case they start getting iffy about adult material. You can find my Subscribestar page here:
https://www.subscribestar.com/jaynaylor
They’re more doggedly dedicated to hosting all kinds of material. If you’re happy with Patreon, please continue to support me there! Subscribestar will just be a mirror, a backup, and an alternative for those who aren’t comfortable with Patreon.
If you're more comfortable with supporting me on Patreon, including seeing Original Life +5 pages, you can do so here:
(Adults only) https://www.patreon.com/jaynaylor
(General audience) https://www.patreon.com/jrnarts

I feel like screaming. This feels appropriate for this situation.
It wasn't the central theme of the video, but he mentioned at the end that he set up an account there in response to a NSFW SFM animator being kicked off Patreon.
I feel they should straight mention if they have adult artists, adult entertainers, free speech advocates, reporters, and so on in mind. Something similar to how Telegram promotes itself.
I welcome alternatives but clones of the already broken system arent useful.
Is SubscribeStar a service you can attest to looking out to not only yourself but other content creators as well?
There is not a lot of information on the company nor the people running it beside it being Russian made and relocated to the states not too long ago.
Also do you believe it will be more financially beneficial and convenient to use SubscribeStar over Patreon (i.e. less of a service fee)?
My intention isn't to weight what is better, or long term reliable. My intention was to create a backup, a hedge to Patreon, so I don't have my eggs all in once basket in case policies change or something else.
Good to see a fellow fan!
I’m betting it’s because of that bloody EU nonsense that’s driving this stupid trend.
Freaking ridiculous.
You should wait a few months, Fisk.
The creator used legal zoom to establish the less than a year old company name ;/
