same thing happened to my mom a couple days ago.
she has to take motion sickness medicine. x:

I'm not sure on what it could be but I get it to some times. Drinking lots of fluids help me, mostly water don't drink allot of soft drinks, if you do make it flat. It wont upset your stomach. Could also be from heat? 0.o you in a hot room all the time? Try lowering the temp.
