It was stated clearly in the journal, due to issues last month! I hate having to hide people's comments and not enter them, but it was very clear. It isn't fair to those who did all the rules! I've only just started this and again this month there was issues. :/ This makes it EXTREMELY hard to be trying to do free art for you guys as watchers when people do this. Please don't ruin it for others
