So..... the magnet for injury that I am, managed to throw out my back filling the catdish... I didnt do anything different than the whack of times I've done it before. but this time, I squatted down, poured the food into their container, and couldn't get back up :( My hubby literally had to pull me up into a standing position and it's been painful to exist ever since. I cant even lay down in one position for long before my lower back starts to seize and I need to, painfully, shift around.


Anyone wanna send me a new spine?
