I lurk there and mainly go for the art sections. But yeah, it's an entirely different crowd there. I even mentioned that once on the forums with a thread about the difference in user-base from the main site [FA] and compared FA to being the gallery/art exhibit [look and enjoy], while the forums are like the cafe/lobby area where the critics gather to discuss and critique the exhibit [I hated______, or the classic "I hate how this place allows ______"].

FA is for artists, forums are for critics.

Apparently, all of these critics are meme-spouting, try-hard trolls or self-important twats bickering with each other on end, burying or obliterating any attempts at civilized and constructive conversation or debate.

So would it be clever or obnoxious to quote Nappa in response to this comment in an attempt to be ironically humorous?

One of the main reasons why I never go to the forums. There's enough drama on posts and journals.

i usually limit myself to offtopic, the forum games, the tech subforum and rants and raves. those are the only places that are tolerable... but the den is completely fucked up! XP

I frequented it for a time when FA was down for a longer period, but stopped when the gallery was back. a lot of idiots and a lot more you don't want to discuss anything because really, they are just trolling.

Forums are like that, even outside of FA.
