I've just recently been notified of my best friend Akira's current speed issues regarding his isp (Frontier Communications) and the fact that he is not getting the service they deserve in Points, Levels, WV. I have read this letter extensively and am appalled that their speeds of roughly 1 Mbps, many times dropping well below that are fairly much the norm for their city.
