At this moment in time I am working on a completely original story that I have been thinking up for the past year and a half. Apart from the main character there will be no other humans through out the story. Being the person I am almost nothing exists without background and explanation. It is because of this internal processing that I need help creating the above mentioned so as to not only give the story a bit more credibility and cohesion, but to put my mind at rest. TO my own credit I have created an entirely fictional race who's notes go on for several pages regarding just about everything(history, government, physiology , culture, etc) and that is just one race that will appear. Along side this race will be a bunch of conventional races, but each with a unique twist(explanation included), and to top them off is a race of anthropomorphic creatures(furrys =D ) that while going under a singular general name are broken up into different species with in it(In short they come from the same place).
Sadly I have a bad case of writers block because of the worst possible cause, I have NO Plot!!!!! Right now the only one I can think of is to turn it into a romance. I could easily turn it into a romance since there will be a sort of love polygon between several characters, but it kinda feels like a cheap way out. I would be greatful for any help!
