So, first time doing that weekly update thing! What did I do that's exciting?
I SAW STAR WARS EPISODE 1.
IN 3D.
HOLY CRAP.
OMG.
It was amazing. THE POD RACE, MY HEART BEAT SO FAST.
Other than that, nothing really interesting. Hope y'all had a great valentines day! I'll try to post up those v-day doodles soon *shot*
What's going on the rest of the week?
Well nothing interesting, gonna be streaming tomorrow as scheduled, though I may not stream on Monday, being family day and all. But who knows! Just don't get you're heart set on that day.
I'M A BORING PERSON. HERE HAVE SOME RAINBOWS

Now for your weekly healthy-living tip!
The best recovery food/item to consume after a workout is chocolate milk!
Chocolate milk contains both protein and carbohydrate that your body craves after a good workout. If you're trying to beef up, it's great for that, and if you just want a quicker recovery, it's perfect! Not only does it provide amino-acids and minerals that help repair your muscles, the sugar in this magical drink causes for a insulin spike, allowing sugar molecules to go drive into your muscle's energy stores for your next workout.
In conclusion, drink chocolate milk right after your workout (pre-made or just squeeze some chocolate syrup in thurrr) will result in shorter recovery, less aching, you'll be able to exercise more!

Happy Valentine's Day? A friend of mine had a better name for the holiday. "Happy Single's Awareness Day".
xD I just called it 'Happy Tuesday'.
ANYWHO, interesting about the chocolate milk thing. i must say it rather intrigues me that such a sugary thing could actually be helpful in getting muscular rather than the other option.
The sugar is mostly for recovery and energy stores, as well as a nice satisfying treat, releasing endorphens and just making everything better :3 What really helps you gain muscle with chocolate milk is the amino-acids, which right after you workout is the best time for your muscles to absorb them. Also, it's got protein AND carbs, which helps you gain :)
i like chocolate milk btw :3
