Of course not, I get writer's blocks sometimes too. It takes time to write something worthwhile. And I DO think this is worthwhile. Thats why I continue to read it

LOL. Yeah. It's not exactly writer's block -- just not coming out the way I want it to quite yet. ;) I'm trying different beginnings to see if they help push the story out or not ;)

Oh that type. Where you have different paths the story could take? And you're not sure which brings out the story the best?

Well, I also can tell what the story needs, and how best to do it. Sometimes it takes some thinking, or rewriting until it sounds like it works for the story. It just needed a rewrite, and now it sounds like a less awkward beginning.

And no, this isn't a Choose Your Own Adventure. I usually go by feel on what a story needs.

Well that wasn't really my point either. More like when you have two idea's for progressing the story.

Oh, sorry.. um... right. That happens to me sometimes, but one usually dominates, although I do try to combine the two in some way if they can be both worked into it :)

Yeah so that happened to me today. I was writing fantasy and halfay through I suddenly liked one of the characters and was like \"Man, I wish this was a porn\". I might make a sub story just to get it done ^^

Go for it lol. If it gets it out of your system -- unless you want them to have a sex scene in the main story lol.

Yeah thats what I orginally wanted, but I don't think it would feel right. When I write my first sex scene I don't want it to be in my fantasy novel.

then the only other recourse is to do a scene or story separate from the main story. ;)
