white-stripes For a Birthday picture for one of my pets. Its been about 2 years since then and I payed him for a 2 day dead-line. Is there some kind of way I can get my money back without turning into a total douche? Because I've PMed this guy Numerous times and he keeps saying that he'll finish it and refund me for the missed dead line. But still nothing! WTF!?

give up on the picture and missed deadline stuff
make a deadline for the refund with them
if they refuse to meet the deadline go to that artists beware sire thinger on livejournal and report them
