Sum buddehs and me (

to be precise) are making a game and are looking for programmers interrested. Its a free work, so none of us is expecting first game to yield any income, since it will be a freeware. So dont expect any payment, since this game will be mostly used to get sum moneyz and open a real company later. If anyone is interrested, just note me and ill give ya more details.
The programmer keeps all rights on the code. All we ask is English or german good enough to understand eachother ;3

Usually it's the other way round, that the client gets the exclusive rights on the code and software.
There are a couple of not too restrictive open source licenses out there - and not every single one implies copyleft.
You should also have a very clear idea (better yet a complete design document) on what the game is going to be, including all decisions.
