The banning of same sex marriage is unconstitutional

I was thinking about it this morning, and considering what our constitution says, I don't know how the government can continue to deny equal rights in the arena of marriage.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech"
"International, regional and national standards also recognize that freedom of speech, as the freedom of expression, includes any medium, be it orally, in written, in print, through the Internet or through art forms. This means that the protection of freedom of speech as a right includes not only the content, but also the means of expression."
If a person says they love someone, that is protected free speech. If the medium they choose to express that love is marriage, that is protected expression. Therefore, laws banning same sex marriage are unconstitutional.
