try checking to make sure the address isn't wrong?
happens to me when i try to put in codes on xbox, i always seem to spell it wrong...

i did that 6 times before we left and another 6 when i got it back >w< i dont know whats up with it. and i feel so so so so so bad about it cuz the first one i sent got lost in the mail going to her and then this one came back and i feel like and ahole

you could try telling them so you can buy alittle more time bfore you try sending it out again.

that could help, i haven't had to ship anything ever so i don't know anything about this subject. so hopefully that could fix it.

cuz thats the only other thing i can think to ask is if there's someone that i could ship it to that they know, this is the first box to come back to me saying that and its very surprising to me
