Plus, I just honestly dont like the engine sound so I get exhaust to mask it hehe.

Ponybird, If you don't like the engine sound, might I recommend getting something like the dynomax vt? It uses a valve that opens and closes with exhaust pressure.
It's quiet at idle and just tooling around, and gets the sound you want when you put your foot into it.
I'm gonna stick with illegal drag racing, so I can take them kids for everything they're worth. They're gonna pull up beside me and see a "grandpa" car, but that car's packing heat.
This is my project, and I call 'er "Heavy Metal". Cos she's mah one way ticket to midnight!

She's just about ready to run
Granted my car weighs 1,000 lbs more, but there's a lot of room for loving in my car ;)
To go from 185 HP at the flywheel to 400 HP at the wheels will require thousands of dollars. We're not talking a chip and a cool air intake here. You're gonna have to pull that engine and upgrade the internals to parts that can handle the stress, cos your likely gonna need to boost.
Anyway, you should consider contacting someone who knows a bit more about your type of car. You're jumping 3 - 4 times the original power output and may have to make modifications to your drivetrain. I don't know enough about your car to say whether or not your transmission and axels could handle the extra energy.
Pretty much they are making a list, and I will be putting that list into my car. The hardest part after that, will be learning how to drive my car again hehe.
Ain't NOTHING light about a Big Block... @_@;
But yeah, I'll be in the same boat about learning how to drive my car again. The original engine in my Chevelle was a 400 CI small block V8 with about 180HP, I'm transplanting a 402 Big Block which is significantly heavier, with at least 2x the power and 3x the torque output.
She ain't gonna handle as well as she used to.
As for finding a muffler, to hit 400 WHP your engine will have to be around the 500BHP mark; at that point you're better off not trying to make it a sleeper cos then you'll just be wasting money.
If you want a sleeper I'd suggest about 350 BHP. With the weight of your car that would be more than plenty. And you won't have to sexually assault your wallet so violently to get to that point.
Can I call you Back Gile. our will you sonic boom my ass? :D
But seriously, I do like the hair.
Have they made any Kid, from Kid and Play references?
Is it soft or stiff?
...
I'm talking about the hair!
lol
But now that will never be.
