I say go for it! As someone who's done a few screenshot LPs, they have the potential to be a lot of fun. :3

Minecraft would be a little difficult to LP in my opinion, given the lack of clear goals beyond what you make for yourself. Skyrim has potential, but might be too lengthy... I dunno; go for whatever you feel you'd enjoy most.

I suggest doing it with a friend! People are much more entertaining in groups, if tha'ts what you're going for~
