Heres some solutions:
A. change light bulb
B. use the bathroom in the dark and take the chances of slipping or walking into something or "someone" *wink wink*
C. wash self with diaper wipes or in the sink or lick yourself clean.
D. Go next door and ask if you could use their shower. Use this excuse if they ask why: "My water bill is way past overdue and i can`t pay it at the moment" or "My pipes are clogged".

Find a flashlight, brightest one you have, place it on a surface facing up...

Find a candle and light it.

Or, ask to use someone else's shower~ >w>
