Staying Dedicated to Writing is Hard!

I've been trying to keep up with my dedication to the idea of writing or working at least an hour a day on whatever catches my fancy at the time. But since I work twelve hour shifts at my job, the days I work I don't have the time (or willpower) to do much else.
But even then it is still hard to remain focused on doing just an hours writing every day!

Head up girl! You can do it! Maybe schedule that 1 hour randomly but in times where you could get stuff done? Or just do away with it for a week and then during that week work when ever it strikes you.

Yeah... that can make things pretty tricky, maybe having some nights be writing nights and others rest nights would help.
