I wasn't happy with the ending either. I'm not sure when game companies started thinking 'woot let's make an epic storyline and then have it crap out at the end with no closure, people LOVE that'.

Made me wonder why I played the game =/
Initially I didn't put it down because it was cool because there was a horror element to it.
But like.. halfway through the game it sort of stopped trying to be a horror game.

And really, that's all I can say in defense of that ending. What weapon did you...ubercharge? My friend played through and upgraded the wrench so much that it was the only thing he had to use on the last boss. The wrench! Srsly.

The "good" ending is very hard to get. You have to save all of the sisters as far as I understand.
