It's about the art's content not distribution/reception.

Paypal's terms of use are pretty vague. They now allow some adult themed art but not photos.

No. You misunderstand their policy. It's against their rules to specifically say sexually explicit things. For example, you could say that your paying for "A specific piece of anthropomorphic related artwork" instead of saying "hot gay bumsex!!1!"

I know, because when I was trying to make Kilcodo laugh "For hot sex" she wrote back and said not to do that because it got her old account banned.

Which is ironic since PayPal was bought by E-Bay which of course sells everything sexual under the sun just about. But it's been in their policy and a rediculously controversial part for some time.

That's why I do money orders and checks for anything graphic or sexual (not that I do much of it) because paypal doesn't like dealing with adult material. I can sort of see why, but at the same time they're cutting out a HUGE chunk of their users by doing so... I'm so sorry this happened to you, major bummer. ;__;

That's dumb, why does it matter what you fucking buy over the net. Its money transactions all the same. I guess I'll have to be careful too, though when i purchase artwork i usually just type my name and that it's artwork. I wonder why people feel inclined to write "for the poodle with the giant red cock that you are drawing for me" ..but i guess they just get that excited lol
