Glad to see you're still making wonderful art. Welcome back!
anyway, great to see you're back, I still love the pic you did for me sooo many years ago.
I'm just glad you are happy, healthy, and well. ^^;
Moved - Seattle is great, I needed this change of scenery and environment. I love Seattle, its big, fun and has a great queer/trans community.
Began college- I am really loving school, but I am on break right now from school trying to pursue my transition. The goal is to be finished with medical procedures before returning to school.
Began transgender transition - It's been really difficult actually, but also really rewarding. My whole life I thought that I was just a really really strange girl and that probably all girls really hate being girls this much and feel this disconnected with female gender. I performed female gender, but it never really meant anything to me. I was under the impression at that time that to be transgender I had to want to be a man. And I don't want to be a man. So I figured I wasn't trans. It wasn't until recently, the concept of non binary genders caught my attention and suddenly many things made sense.
So yeah, I am non-binary, they/them pronouns.
Never heard of the term non-binary. With the words they/them, does that mean you don't side with female or male?
Sorry for the question if it upsets you.
I am majoring in Business and IT (not done)
That's right actually. I am not a man or woman. It's a concept that doesn't exist a lot in this culture, but many other cultures recognize that not everyone is one or the other. It took a long time to figure it out for myself because of how binary our culture is.
Instead of she or he, do I say, they or them? Again, sorry for all the questions.
I decided on Business and IT because I have a knack for learning things quickly and people management. I am trying to get into IT management.
