I'm late, I'm late for a very important date.

Not really, I'm just late submitting a journal by almost half a week. MYBAD...
On Wednesday I planned to post a journal to let y'all know that I wasn't going to be streaming on Thursday, and that for the next week, streams would be unplanned and fairly random.
But I dun goofed :B So there you go, the schedule for this week is... there is no schedule! :'D If I stream, I stream. If I don't, well, I don't!
Now out of curiosity, since I've been wondering this but haven't wanted to just go ahead and do it, would you guys be interested in knowing my fitness progress? As in, weight or inches I've lost, physical improvements, anything like that?
Simply curious.
In any case, here's another healthy living/workout tip:
If you're looking to lose a bit of weight or just eat better, the first step is to Plan your meals. Its when we're hungry at dinner time and don't know what to eat that we reach for the phone to order pizza or grab a ready-made entré from the freezer, which are unfortunately full of fat, sugar and sodium. Many of us feel we don't have time to prepare our meals, or that it just takes way too damn long to make a homemade dinner on a week day. Luckily, there's shortcuts that can be taken to minimize prep time so we can still eat healthier.
One of the first things you can do is prep the night before; Chop some veggies so they're ready to throw in, defrost/marinate/skin/whatever any meat you'll be using, so that when meal time comes along the next day, its BAM throw this in, throw that in, steam this, grill that, done.
Another fantastic way to make cooking healthy meals easier is to dedicate a weekend, or just a day, or however long you like, to preparing and chopping vegetables/fruits you use often, that then get kept in the freezer to be used at any time. Having a ziplock bag of colourful, julien sliced bell peppers in your freezer is enough of an enticement to wanna make a stir fry or vegetable medley, I find. You can also make baked goods, for a quick breakfast, and keep them in the freezer to be grabbed at any time. Making home made bran or blueberry muffins to have as breakfast is better than a store-bought bagel or egg mcmuffin!
And now, for features! It will still be 2 a week, however I will be getting through every single feature inquiry and request eventually, so please keep 'em coming! :3

I'm currently starting the Atkins diet c: Plus regular excersise~
Always remember that if you feel too tired to exercise, it'll actually give you energy! That's what I tell myself if I'm not in the mood to work out xD
