Check out Artists Beware on LiveJournal and look for this name on there to see if there is anyone by that name already listed. Theres a chance that if someone else has already reported this artist on there, someone might know them by another username somewhere. If not, fike a complaint with all of your details about the problem there and others might be able to provide some assistance in the matter.

You are welcome, and once again I hope things get sorted out! You could try sending him a note as well and ask about it, or ask him once in a while on his comment wall? If all else fails, try talking to the FA admins and explain your situation to them, they can sometimes help with slippery artists/users.

Sadly there is no way to get your money back...unless you somehow figure out where he lives, kill him, then take your money back. These kinds of scams happen really often.
