Hey guys, just wanted to make a quick note. I don't work on the sketches until the commissioner has paid. I also don't work until the commissioner has made it clear to me what they want in the sketch (If we are talking via notes, I don't work until you give me the absolute go ahead.)

If it's your turn on the list and you have not paid or not responded to my notes, I will note the next person in line. If they take too long to pay or respond, then I will move down to the first person that has paid on the list. If there are none, I move down to the next person that has paid on the waiting list.

"Too long" is a few days. I don't wait like 5 minutes then say TOO LONG and skip you, lol. If you get skipped, as soon as you pay or answer my note, I go directly back to your sketch. Make sense? I like to try and get one sketch done a day (barring weekends and extenuating circumstances) so if you take two or three days to get back to me, it's only fair to move down the line so the rest of the commissioners aren't held up.
