Paypal is my biggest method of payment, also, if in the United States, i will accept mailed payments...

However with BOTH of these payment methods...

I will not begin work on the commission till i have visual confirmation of the purchase

example, till it shows up in my balance, or till its in my flippers.

If for some reason the transaction never completes, i will give as much proof as possible that it was a mistake, i aint here to rip anypony off :)
