Yeah I seriously just got demoted at work because of a machine malfunction beyond my control..well it just had better not affect pay cause I never got a raise in the first place upon taking the posistion
Thing is..I have not gotten any overtime at all this year..that was 1/3 of my total pay last year

Not giving a raise with a promotion isn't unusual but as far as the other stuff perhaps they are looking for excuses to keep costs down over time at your expense. idk - It sucks at any rate. sorry
