Seeing another comment i will suggest that if you have anyone paying you through paypal or if you pay someone through paypal that you do not use any known terms for sex, porn, yiff, (any term of adult content) or any 1337 versions of the words or terms as they will ban both accounts on the basis of the tou and the tos stating that the paypal services are not to be used for any form of inappropriate services.

If a payment of art is to be made by either party, then use the art and any clean term as they will never know.

Business:

Just do NOT use any names or any naughty words. As long as you label an item "123l33t" instead of "Giant Dong" they won't be any wiser. But if you sell something and list it as "Orgy image" they'll shut off your access to paypal quickly.

yes. I started one for Hobbylights. The business flopped, but I still have the account. It's really no different than a premier account = you connect a checking account to it.

I have heard that you shouldn't use any language entailing 'sex/porn/rock'n'roll' etc... it should be handled with clean words like 'commissions' and 'requests;' and if anyone asks, you are an artist or to the most extreme: 'erotica publisher.'

I am not very familiar with Paypal, but I am interested with starting commissions too. I would guess 'personal' would be the best choice, only because it is literally a person to person (artist + requester) affair.

I have a business account. I don't have an official business, I just sell stuff on the side and on ebay. No, I have no tax documents or claim any of it XD. I like how business accounts can just have one word as a name instead of a full name. XD. My business is "Pichu" and thats what all my invoices and such say =p.
