BART is terrible. Not much has changed in the 16 years since I moved away from SF. Though, the padded seats smell less like urine, and they're still padded, which is nice.

It exists and its part of a network which destroys most other public transit networks around the country. Urban places smell like urban places, I rarely care about that kind of stuff.
