So...I have a PS Vita. Apparantly I can add people as friends on it. I'm not sure if it can communicate properly with someone on a PS3, but if anyone wants me to add their PSN name as a friend on it, you could note me with whatever details I need and I'll reply back with whatever is needed from mine.
