So many wolf cries today, all of the villagers are tired and somewhere, sheep are being devoured. There really isn't much point trying to post a serious journal. Like a lot of you, I'm not going to read any until April the second.

That's not an indictment against anyone who wants to enjoy the day. By all means, go for it. It has never been a favorite of mine, but I turn into a wide-eyed, giddy school boy whenever Christmas comes around. So I get why it might just be the bees knees for the right sort of person.

The problem is when the world decides to play a fools on you, a nasty one that sends you tumbling so far down the rabbit hole, you can't even see the light well enough to climb free. I'm dealing with something like that right now. But there really isn't much point trying to dig my way out, not today. Nobody would take it seriously.

So, yeah. I think I'm going out to the sheep pins, and see if the wolves will let me share in the feast. I could really go for a gyro right about now.
