This morning I had a little bit of a break down because I was having so much trouble making myself study. I was so upset I was dragging my feet just to get out the door, and I was losing study time.(I know) I was afraid I was going to start failing. So when I was about to get off the bus this morning as I was on my way to school, I put my headset in my left pocket, not checking how well it was in there. I got to school today and tried to find a place to set up my laptop and just chill in peace, but these 2 noisy jerks who are always in the quiet area were there again today. I thought about approaching them today and telling them to be quiet, but they weren't talking today. Unfortunately, there was also no place to sit. I went downstairs next to my classroom door and plugged in my laptop, when I realized my headset was gone. I really don't have the money for another one so I became pretty frustrated. I tore through my whole backpack, and emptied my pockets looking for it, but they were gone. Since I figured I had either left them on the bus, or dropped them walking towards the campus, I realized they were probably long gone. I know to you that a headset may not seem like a big deal, but if you had as little money as I, you would understand my frustration. Anyhow, I began reviewing my Chapter Notes since there was no time to study from my book due to my lollygagging at home. I sat through class and tried my best to pay attention as much as possible. When class was over, I wanted to go home as I always do but I knew if I kept doing that I would never get any studying done because once I get home I keep telling myself "I'll do it later, I have plenty of time" so I decided to go back to the "quiet room" and actually study, instead of just putting it off to no end. As I walked around the corner I saw that the room was pretty empty now but... on the chair next to where the two "jerks" were sitting, wrapped up, and placed nicely on a chair left pulled out was my headset... I'm still in shock because, if I hadn't have made the decision to do the right thing, and go study, I would have never seen it again. Karma works in mysterious ways... As for when it comes to studying, as my professor says Do What Needs to Be Done (DWNTBD) or as Nike says, JUST DO IT. You never know when you might find that $20 bill you lost.
