never trust a 19 year old to know how to read and pay a powerbill. yeah the bill is now in my name and i have to come up with 400 dollars. say goodbye to my tax return and goodbye to anthrocon.

Perhaps that 19 year old should get a lesson in responsibility and have to pay reconnection fees? And wtf, can't read a power bill? I swear kids are getting dumber these days.
