Well ho would she actually create a Dark Pulse with a scythe? Does she just lift the scythe on high like a rod. That is the only way I can foresee someone using Dark Pulse through a weapon.

If you want an actual slashing motion then you might actually be looking for Night Slash instead.

Well the way that you tell me the move it should be categorized more as Night Slash since you are still using a weapon and the motion that you expect a weapon to do (you expect a scythe to slash) to perform a more powerful version of a physical move. Since you still slash with the scythe it can't be considered special based and if I say it is Dark Pulse it would be going against the actual Dark Pulse move, I do want to be faithful to the source material as much as I can with moves.

The only way I could do Dark Pulse with a Scythe is if she just points at an opponent and shoots a beam of dark energy like a rod or if she does a gandalf style slam to the ground and cause a dark shockwave.

You have to change the move since Darkrais cannot learn Night Slash and if she does follow the rule to the letter concerning Darkrais.

Fem Houndoom, Beat Up

YES there is a attack called Beat Up

it learns it at Lv 26, it's not well used and it's a OP attack cause it bases the attacks by Gender, HP left, how much Attack of each pokemon, and how many pokemon are in your party that ARENT fainted ;p

I am aware of Beat Up and it is not how you say it is.
Beat Up just used to take each of your team's attack power and process it through a 10 power attack
Now the attack calculation is based solely on its user and each non statused teammate just contributes one additional hit instead of doing their own attack. At least the power was raised to 30 and it can get STAB but unfortunately it is still not as powerful as you give it credit. The best user of Beat Up is Whimsicott since she can exploit Justified being one of the fastest and weakest users of Beat Up.

So because of the new mechanics of Beat Up your Houndoom is going solo on this one, you can say that she has all of her teammates in her mind. And of course this is an excuse so I don't have to draw a big group pic (which I probably wouldn't have done anyway seeing as it isn't fair for the others and it would take way too much time and effort)

That will be problematic seeing as you basically copy your opponent. I don't know how to really show that a Mew just used Transform without just explicitly saying it did.
