Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Sergals kinda crazy, cannibalistic, and violent?

Overall, they represent an unpleasant fictional species with is either A) adapted into overly-serious characters or B) twisted from the original species intent.

Ah. I appreciate the design, but I admit that crazy, cannibalistic creatures don't appeal much to me.

3. Eh, I USED to like Sergals. I found them cool, the original ones like Rain. But the fandom has kinda bastardized them to the point that they're just memetic pointy-faced fuzz-dragon-esque things I'm kinda tired of seeing. :v

That kinda hits on a lot of reasons I don't like them:
1. The original, canon ones were scary/creepy. I don't like characters like that, though I admit that's personal preference.
2. I'm not a huge fan of bastardizing characters/species. I enjoy it in some cases, but it bothers me a smidgen. Doesn't help the situation.
3. They're like anorexic fuzzydragons with scary teeth and shark features :c

I like dragons in general....And I found sergals to be nice...till they started getting...gills? Is that what they're called?....Ya know...like that one dinosaur in...er....Jurassic Park, the one that attacks the fat-man when he attempts to split and its raining....Also, when it became norm for them to be all..bloody.
