So on this I'm having difficulty with drawing the water that's coming out of the Shishi Odoshi (The Japanese deer-scare in the background) and trickling over her arm and chest, especially with cell shading. If anyone could suggest something or link me to a good reference/tutorial I'd be very grateful!
