I think she needs the neck fluff. Imagine how cool it would look when she is hanging herself. It would accentuate it so much more. Plus its just plain cute.

It's not that it would accentuate the chucking more, but it would make it harder to gauge how much force is being used. This would require even more trust from Candice.
