Shield Bash ~ Once Wesley has obtained a shield, he can use it to bash opponents met in close encounters. It stuns the living and lower their guard, but functions as a blunt and devastating attack towards undead enemies, causing a great deal of damage in the process. This ability can also be used when unarmed.
Heavy Armour ~ Being a valiant knight who favors the art of protection, Wesley is able to wear a platemail, providing him with high defense rates. But unfortunately, the heavy armour also greatly decreases his flexibility and leaves him vulnerable to magical attacks. With training, he can adapt to the heavy weight.
Curative Touch ~ As Wesley grow in experience, and become deeper connected with his divine powers dwelling inside, he can muster his arcane energy to cure the wounds of allies partially. But he must be within range to touch the injured ally, for this ability to have any effect. Risky to use in active combat.
Light Ray ~ With the legendary blade "Heaven's Divider" in hand, Wesley can channel the divine power stored in the sword, and release a powerful beam of pure light. This beam is completely harmless to the living, but will cause severe damage to most types of undead. This ability requires the promotion to paladin.
Aura ~ Calling upon the divine powers of the holy Goddess herself, Wesley can become enveloped in a beautiful aura, that blesses him with a significant boost to his strength and defense. The effect only benefits Wesley himself, and drains a great deal of energy, once it wears off. This ability requires the promotion to paladin.
Sword Mastery ~ Since Wesley has specialized in fighting with a sword, he is able to perform swift combos and target an opponents weak spots, to witness his weapons full potential. Unfortunately, certain undead enemies are very challenging to destroy with a blade, such as various kinds of skeletons.
Healing wave ~ Having embraced his fate as a warrior of light, Wesley can channel pure energies of light, and release them in shape of curative waves. Any ally who is close enough to be affected by this, will find his regenerative capability increasing, closing wounds from combat. This ability requires the promotion to paladin.
- Background -
Being the last remaining member of the Lightweaver family, Wesley stands as the only person left to secure the survival of his lineage. His mother died shortly after having given birth to him, and he was since then raised by his father, who was a compassionate man that loved him dearly. They lived in a humble farm located close to a dense forest, only a few miles away from the town of Paravil. Wesley's father was a talented but modest swordsman, who had earned the honor of working as a royal bodyguard, for the noblehearted King Lionheart. At a young age, Wesley and his father practiced the art of swordfighting in the forest, using nothing but common sticks and branches to perform techniques. They grew very emotionally close to eachother. Wesley was proud of his father and had strong ambitions about once becoming a knight himself.
Before becoming a teenager, Wesley became victim to an accident, that left him in a deep coma for two weeks. A humble squire find him in this state and brought him home to his wife, and they kept him bedridden until he recovered. Once he awoke from the coma, it became clear that the rough concussion had taken it's toll on his memory, leaving him unable to recall certain parts from his past. He didn't remember anything about the accident, and what memories he had about his father had become blurry. The squire and his wife chose to adopt and raise the poor child, but it was first years after the accident, that Wesley's memory recovered enough for him to remember the face of his true father. People were hesitant with answering questions about his father. But he eventually learned, that his father had gone on a heroic journey to destroy the lord of death, and never returned. He was assumed dead. Wesley has yet to find a person willing to reveal his fathers name.
Wesley has grown into a strong and respected young fox, who has adopted his fathers great sense of compassion and honor. Once the king learned that Wesley was the son of the fallen hero, who used to serve as the king's royal bodyguard, he offered Wesley the opportunity to earn the same position. The finest and most talented captains of the king's army resumed Wesley's training, and it didn't take long before Wesley possesed the skills required, to pass the test and become promoted to be the king's royal bodyguard. Just like his heroic father, Wesley is a magnificent leader, and he finds courage in fellowship. Unfortunately, he is highly dependant on the support of others, and can't handle the pressure of having to take initiative on his own. Wesley embarked on his journey with Paul, hoping to shape an alliance with the hidden tribes of NiΓ©vahna. His heart is pure, and he will do anything it takes to protect the innocent and destroy the undead. But deep inside, something compels him to seek out and gather the fragments of his lost memory, to fully understand his past. Who was his father? What happened in the accident? The answer to those questions hold a great importance. And Wesley won't be able to unlock his true powers, before he has discovered his true identity.

Quite a good read and alot of good information :D
Don't want to spoil too much, but in one of the later chapters, my readers will also be introduced to a new character that happens to favor destroying his enemies with a homungous maul. Unfortunately, this character is a villain, destined to become a tremendous threat for the party of heroes. A worthy opponent for Raksasha, I can asure you...
And that sounds really cool =D
