Furries on Adult Swim
The commercials have been on since Sunday and I finally figured out more behind it.
There will be fur suiters starring on the new episode of Steve Brule this coming Sunday. I've seen the commercial several times now and I don't fear for furry's image. I get as giddy as a school girl when furries and fur suiters are on tv, no matter what for. But this seems like it's innocent enough. The actor playing Steve Brule is simply playing his character and just making the situation odd. I'm sure there will be controversy but whatever.

There have been furries on Adult Swim before, and not just in the weird episode of Family Guy (Or American Dad, not sure which. 8C ) It was a simple bump of Beastcub's Robot Unicorn head she made but she got tons of publicity for it. Now she's not technically a furry but she's well known in the furry fandom for making astonishing costumes.
This has been my two cents for today.

First time I remember furries being on TV was Tyra Banks, and those weren't furries, they were swingers :U
The next was American Dad, still sexualized. Why can't TV show the friendly artistic stress free stuff of it?
