What is it like to attend a furry convention? I just have assumed that you have been to at least one in your life. I've always wondered what they're like. :)
I've been to two! The two I've been to have been FurFright 10 and 11, with 12 being in production. FurFright, being a small con focused on the word small, is more like a giant party between friends where you meet up and hang out. There are some fun panels and Ideas, talking about furry stuff either in the fandom, tips for drawing and writing, or on occasion stuff furries like like werewolves, but it's always been for me just a good place to go, meet and hang with friends, and just spend the weekend caring about nothing in the world except for the right now. it has it's moment of drama, but every con does.
However, I've heard tell the larger furry conventions, like AC, are MUCH different. I can not speak on them, but I presume they would be.
Large or small, I'm sure you can find some good in them. You're right, though. You may find more of that drama if the spectacle is much larger. I think that it would be more fun to hang out with friends in a smaller setting than anything else. Thanks for that explanation, my friend! I have been to nothing of the sort in my life. I hope to change that one of these days. You never know when that might happen. That's the beauty of life.
Mm... It has a way of doing that. I think I've been stuck in neutral this whole time. But there's nothing wrong with trying to relive good times again if it's possible.
95% gay. While I fully believe it is possible for me to fall in love with a woman, I'm much more inclined to like guys as opposed to girls. As for prefered type? Well if it's sone one I'm dating, ideally they're similair in age to me, funny, cute, wants to spend time together but understands that I need alone time, and can keep up with my libido.

...Okay, probably not; all other criteria notwithstanding, I live on the other side of the country.
