Some ships, some art, some labels?

As you might all guess at this point; No stream today ._.'
So first off, OHGOSHILOSTTRACKI'VEBEENBUSYIHAVESOMANYEXCUSES lololol so my apologies, BUT LET THE MADNESS BEGIN and hopefully keep going... on schedule next week :P
Anyways, I must acknowledge that it's the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's demise today. My regards go out to all those lost in the tragedy, and I reccomend we all re-watch the cleverly titled movie.
I'm done all my commissions at this point! Almost done all the side-projects I wanted to do; Just gotta get better at uploading >.>'
I'm gonna try to do a few streams with special offers and freebie doodles; so sit tight. Now, stream schedule should be normal next week, monday, tuesday, thursday, and with any luck I'll have another journal on wednesday!
And since a few of you said you were interested; I'll start blabbering a bit about my progress fitness wise. From week to week it might not be about inches or pounds, but about the in-betweens. Cravings, workouts, motivation, diet, etc. Starting this week I'll just give specs and ramble a bit.
Height: 5'4" Weight: 125 Goal: Tone up and drop several inches.
Unrelated to the daily tip, but none the less essential; make reasonable goals. Progress takes time, and you have to know your limits/capabilities. I'm within a healthy weight, so my goal is to really just replace some of my body fat with muscle, which is much more dense and weighs more than fat. How I have been working to reach that goal is through hiit cardio training and strength training, paired with a low-carbohydrate diet, primarily.
This past few weeks have thrown me off a bit with my social life, and easter was a time to give into a few indulgences, however I believe I'm back on track now!
Now for your actual healthy living tip:
This one applies to one and all, one of the simplest ways to both monitor and improve your diet overall. Even if its just to know, it gives you a better understanding of what exactly you're putting in your body and can help you pick the right foods to fuel your day. What's the secret? Read the labels! The secret though, is not just looking at the calories; It's looking at where those calories come from.
1 gram of carbohydrate = 4 calories
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories
A normal diet should be about 57% carbohydrate, 30% fats, and 13% protein, give or take. However, we should be aware of where those numbers come from; be conscious of sugar content, fiber content, and saturated+trans fats.
Now, here's an issue: What about the things without nutritional information? We can't look on the back of a head of broccoli and find out these things. But that's what google is for! We can simply type "broccoli nutritional information" and the first search result should be what we're looking for. We can do the exact same thing with any other food, along with finding out nutritional information when it's prepared different ways, for example, "steamed broccoli nutritional information" (which, believe it or not is actually different than raw, gram for gram.)
