Ah, an argumentative essay... good idea banning faith based stuff, really; you need to teach kids to stick to proper, reliable sources and on a faith issue that's, well, up to the individual. As for a topic for you... you need to think about things you're interested in. For instance, if you care about art you can talk about funding for the arts, pornography vs.art vs. tasteful nudes in galleries, illustration vs. art, etc.... If you like fiction you can talk about the book market, the effects of e-readers on traditional book stores, the shunning of genre fiction in serious literature, etc.... And once you choose something you care about then you can do a little reading online to see what's a big deal in those fields these days.

Hehe well arguing isn't so much the problem so much as finding a topic I can find good sources on and find interesting. But if I get stuck I will go straight to you. With a longer paper like this, it might be inevitable.
