no but seriously, that shouldnt happen, it should only be somewhat fore for a few days before the scaring process began, not swelling, so you definatly got an infection or some sort of allergic reacion.

talk to your tattoo artist about it, he should know what to do

Eek! Keep some Bacitracin on it, and an icepack if it keeps swelling. If it gets worse, go see a doctor. :(

Also, posting pictures of your new tattoo is a very important part of the healing process.

Basically.. about an inch and a half away from the outline it's this weird "hot-pink-highlighter" color and it's swollen. It hurrrrrrrrts so bad to walk on it *is limping actually*

I'm considering a doctor if it's still bad by lunchtime tomorrow. The colors used were black, red, and white. Perhaps it's a bad reaction to the red? I had a weird hives-like break out on my chest down to my waist last night... hm O_O doctor maybe hahaha.
